The first time I went to see Dr. Jeff, I had already received 2 massages and acupuncture but the pain in my neck and shoulder wasn’t getting any better. A short 30 minute session of massage and adjustments brought instant relief. And the next morning, I woke up and all sense of the pain was gone. My full range of motion returned entirely. He said I shouldn’t have to return, but I go back anyway for adjustments, and always leave feeling revitalized.

 

After a back/sciatic nerve injury I went through 9 months of epidural injections, physical therapy, and pain management through daily medication. I finally went to see Dr Jeff and nothing has been as dramatic and consistent in relieving pain, and increasing range of motion as my sessions with him. The flexibility and pain relief after a session is incredible, and I’m getting better and better with each visit; completely dropped pain meds, too. I highly recommend him without any hesitation. He is thorough, understanding, and very knowledgeable in everything he does. Wish I would have found him earlier!

I got into an automobile accident less than 1 week ago and started feeling the after effects the next day. Since I don’t have a regular doctor I searched Google and made a few calls. After about 3 phone calls I called Dr. Dougal and he told me he had a spot open and could see me the same day. I have never been to a doctor who showed such compassion as Dr.Jeff, he came to the lobby to meet me and brought me to his office while he explained the process of recovering after being involved in a car crash. I have only had a handful of sessions so far but am already referring family and friends who need any kind of muscle or chiropractic care. Dr Dougal is truly amazing, he takes the time to discuss options with his patients and explain the benefits of massage and chiropractic care. I don’t enjoy having to go to the doctors office but I do look forward to office visits with this one because the treatment and compassion given show me that he cares about my well being and I appreciate everything he does for me. Dr. Jeff Dougal is awesome! I have tried 3 different chiros and nobody could help alleviate my back and neck pains for even one day! After one session with Dr. Jeff i’m already feeling a lot better and am on my way to recovery!! Highly recommend!!
